Two things that do the same job at different scales. The stone eye mask is the one you put on and lie still under. The roller and gua sha are the ones you use with your hands, over an oil.

How people use it
Roller and gua sha first, over a serum or an oil, working outwards and downwards. Then the eye mask, straight from the fridge, for ten minutes with your eyes shut.
That is it. There is no step three.
